1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Vibe Walk ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Vibe Walk is a macOS application that provides mobile access to Claude Code via Telegram. The App runs locally on your Mac and interfaces with your existing Claude Code CLI installation and Anthropic subscription.

3. Requirements

To use Vibe Walk, you must have:

• A macOS computer
• A valid Claude Pro or Max subscription from Anthropic
• Claude Code CLI installed on your machine
• A Telegram account

4. Subscription Plans

Vibe Walk offers the following plans:

• Free: 1 project, 50 messages per month
• Pro ($11.99/month): Unlimited projects and messages

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Telegram bot token
• Complying with Anthropic's terms of service for Claude
• Ensuring your use of the App complies with applicable laws
• Any actions taken through your Telegram bot

6. Intellectual Property

Vibe Walk and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vibe Walk and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe Walk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
